Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below:

Domestic Delivery (Malaysia) : RM 10

International Delivery

• Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and will be calculated manually based on the destination and package weight.

• We will provide a shipping quote before confirming your order.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or bulk orders may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (for Malaysian customers)

• Credit Card  (for international orders)

• Other payment options may be available upon request.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of:

• Defective or damaged items (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof).

• Wrong item received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

5. Custom & Import Duties

• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
